- Summer Session will transfer revenue share into the current Spokane Summer Session budget-project in the late fall, usually November, the same time summer transfers are made to Pullman college budgets.
- All summer teaching appointments will be done by Pullman departments on Pullman summer budget-projects, and position numbers.
4) Cost of Instruction and Revenue Share
- Cost of instruction for Pullman-Spokane course sections will be shared based on the percent of the total student credit hours (SCH) enrolled at each location.
- The summer funding model for Spokane courses will be as follows:

- Revenue will be shared with Spokane per SCH earned in Spokane at 47.5% of the net revenue.
- Revenue for Pullman and Spokane enrollments will be shared with Pullman colleges and departments at 52.5% of the net revenue.

- Business Object downloads (Status of Section) will be loaded into the summer session database for Pullman and Spokane courses the last working day of August.
- Running the download the last working day of August allows for student record cleanup when the students return for fall semester. This process provides the data for revenue sharing.
5) S & A Fees generated by each campus flow into the respective campus account when a student pays tuition.
6) Design Institute
- The Design Institute is going to be treated like a department within a college, Spokane being the college.
- Tuition for the Design Institute revenue flows into Summer Session budget when students pay tuition.

- Pullman Summer Session will revenue share with Spokane Summer budget-project the same as for Pullman colleges-- after the cost of instruction has been accounted for, 52.5% of the net revenue to Spokane and 47.5% of the net revenue to the Pullman General Fund.
